Exercising on a busy schedule

Most of us have a busy schedule that we can’t find the time to squeeze a workout session in between.

But the truth is that we will never find the right time to workout, we have to make it.  Making few changes in your life can make a huge difference in your health and shape.

  1. Make it short and effective

 Nobody wants to spend 1 or 2 hours a day at the gym, well you don’t have to. short intense intervals of any exercise are more than enough which is known as HIIT.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a technique that fitness pros swear by. what you need to do is train in intervals with different speed for no more that 20 minutes. This will make your body burn fat like crazy and the fat burning doesn’t stop once you get off the treadmill, it keeps on going for the next 24 hours.

You can preform HIIT on many different exercises and even without machines like: treadmill, jogging, rope jumping, elliptical machine even rope jumping. the secret is to go as hard as you can for a short amount of time and then rest for a period then repeat for 20 minutes or less depending on you schedule.

  1. Be creative

Who said exercising can only be done at the gym? If you are determined, you can exercise any time anywhere. for example, instead of using the elevator at your work, take the stairs and be active.

  1. Use your lunch break.

Find a near gym to your work place and use your break to hit the gym. keep your gym clothes always with you so you can be ready everyday.

  1. Wake up an hour early.

If you make the time to workout early in the morning before you head to work you are guaranteed to have a very productive day filled with energy.

    5. Find something that you enjoy.

  Exercising doesn’t have to be the traditional way , you can choose any activity that you find fun and interesting and turn it into a fun exercising session.
